We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms and common areas kept super clean. The hotel facilities were great, particularly the small but perfectly equipped spa, pool, and gym. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to major attractions and exhibitions, and situated in the main high-end retail area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated their assistance in arranging bookings and providing valuable information about the city.

The service at this hotel was outstanding, both at the reception and in the restaurant. the Spa centre and indoor pool offered a luxurious and relaxing retreat, with exclusive amenities such as sauna and Turkish bath.
The only issue we encountered was the noise level in our room, as it was located close to the street and the windows were not soundproof. this minor issue did not detract from the overall positive experience.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise. the exclusive amenities such as the sauna, private facilities and spa centre left us feeling pampered and relaxed. the beautiful garden area and sun terrace were the perfect places to soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail from the bar.
We did experience one minor issue with the room which lacked an electric kettle. This aside, the modern and clean decor of this hotel made us feel like royalty.
